The facility did not meet expectations. Uncomfortable bed, water leak after showering. Inconsistent room temperatures. Unclean kettle with cobwebs. Dirty hallway, smelled of smoke. The apartment is large with a nice view. The location is quiet and good for relaxation. Lovely view. Rooms/suites are clean and spacious. Supermarket nearby. Nice swimming pool and restaurant to enjoy with family. Staff is nice and cooperative. Convenient location near cafes, shops, and beauty salons. Excellent safety. Available reception for inquiries. Quick airport shuttle arrangement. Great cleanliness. Affordable laundry service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa center and sauna were exceptional and provided the perfect opportunity to relax. the massage and full body massage were exceptional and provided serene tranquility. the venue was surrounded by beautiful garden areas and sun loungers, adding to the sense of exclusivity. the bar and lounge area were exceptional, and I enjoyed sampling the special diet menus. the location advantages, although a bit far from the center attractions, was perfect for those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle and visited the Asian side.

The negative issue I encountered was that the swimming pool was not as clean as I would have liked it to have been. Despite this, it didn't take away from my overall experience, and the service was impeccable.
